Our Team

Lee Collins Lee sets the creative direction for marketing and builds everything for the company and our customer/members on the "do it once, get paid forever" philosophy that started Repeat Profits in the early years with all those one-page web sites (that are still making money over 6 years later). He's become a master at innovating seemingly complex processes into simple step-by-step checklists anyone can follow to start, build, and grow their business and has proven the effectiveness in over 23 markets and counting.

		Robin Collins Robin controls the reigns when it comes to money and it's a great thing because if she didn't the company would likely be broke and Lee would probably be living out on the streets. She makes sure the company (and Lee) have enough money to do the things that need to be done to continually improve our processes for our customer/members. Robin is also known as the "clarifier". If you've ever been on one of our calls or webinars you know how Lee can go off in wild tangents sometimes - Robin helps keep Lee on course.

		Shelly Jones - Voice of the Customer Shelly truly embraces the Repeat Profits customer care philosophy that "every customer has a voice" and has every customer the right to be heard. This isn't to be mis-interpreted that "the customer is always right" (because sometimes they just aren't). Shelly is wonderful at getting to what the customer is really trying to say and is empowered to do what she feels is right for the company and the customer to find a solution that benefits and creates a win-win solution for everyone.
